Oh yeah. I don't stutter on letters, I stutter on syllables or short words.
Plus the mass amount of spoonerisms and malapropisms, and a bunch of other stuff -
I'll nod my head and pretend I know what those words mean.

Spoonerisms are where you mix up the first sounds of two words
So like instead of saying "smooth paper" you say "pooth smaper
Malapropisms are where you say a word that sounds kind of like the word you're trying to say.
Like saying electrical instead of electoral or something like that -
