Well no, I understand radians, it's just the sin cos and tan I don't entirely understand

The thing I don't like is that there was no transition.
The first couple of assignments were basically, "This is a circle."
Now it's going, "Alright you have to know sin, cos, tan, radians, theta, understand how the Pythagorean Theorum plays into all of this, etc. -
Our laundry machine literally shakes the whole house
I'm in bed upstairs and I'm being rocked a tiny little bit by it. -
I have no idea what my heart monitor is going to look like.
But I should probably warn J and V that if they see wires sticking out of me I'm okay. -
I think the most likely one I'm going to get is going to be an MCT.
I don't think it's going to be an event monitor because what I get passes by so quickly that by the time I hit the record button it'll be gone.
For an MCT it looks like you can either have it constantly recording or you can press a button when you start to feel stuff.
Hopefully I can have it recording the whole time and then press the button when I feel it, but I don't know if it works that way.
So yeah, it looks like I'll either be getting an event monitor or an MCT.
And hopefully there's not going to be any wires because I know I'll accidentally catch them on stuff. -

When I'm cold my heart flutters. So they're going to have me wear a heart monitor for a couple of weeks. Especially since heart problems run in the family. -

My heart flutters, every once in a while, but, I have anxiety, so.
But, hopefully it's nothing big, like you said. -

Honestly if I had anxiety and my heart fluttered I would just get even more anxious. -
I do, at times, because I'm like, "Why is this happening?"
But, I learned something in rehab that helps me calm down. My therapist taught me a mantra for whenever I'm overthinking things:
"That might be important; I can think about it later; right now, I'm focused on breathing."
It really helps. -
