nono don't worry about it, you were just trying to help. when my anxiety gets to that point (I was afraid I would have an attack), I'm pretty much inconsolable and have to take care of myself. it's nobody's fault and you didn't do anything wrong. this is what I go to therapy/take pills for

just remember that you're not alone, and if you ever need anything i'm here for you
i can't speak for anyone, but i think absol agrees with me -
when my anxiety gets really bad, I can feel the adrenaline going through and I often say "my blood is on fire" or "my blood is electric" bc that's how it feels and people look at me like I'm crazy

if it makes you feel any better i have really bad twitching too -
that actually does make me feel better. my anxiety makes me twitch really bad and I'm always afraid I look insane or freaky

i have anxiety as well. i don’t get twitchy a lot, fortunately, so i’m sorry that happens to you. i do have panic attacks though, so if that happens, i understand.

my twitching flares up when i'm really stressed or anxious
it can get really violent at times -
yeah, i have panic attacks too and they are not. fun. I usually have a weird calming-down ritual thing where I turn off the lights, turn the AC way up, and sit on the floor (preferably somewhere cramped like a dark closet or under my bed) until it passes.
I'm really sorry you have it too but at the same time I'm glad I'm not the only one who twitches like that T_T -
i have panic attacks as well
its fine, but it's nice i have someone else to talk to about it -
there was some loud thunder when I was staying with my boyfriend, and I swear I probably looked like I was seizing, I twitched so hard. It's embarrassing when it happens in front of other people
