Not rlly the same thing but sometimes when i get really nervous i shake uncontrollably. Almost always happens in public.

Not anymore, but I did when I was underweight and when I'm anemic. Do either apply to you?

yeah, i twitch a lot in front of my girlfriend. she twitches a bit too, but not nearly as hard as i do & i feel like i make her uncomfortable
that's from really bad anxiety, shaking uncontrollably when you're nervous -
F that's probably why then 😂 what kind of anemia do you have? Maybe taking supplements could help

anxiety is why my mom saw me have the worst breakup in my life
i think it was worse bc she was trying to make me smile but was failing miserably and making me uncomfortable -
I had to be hospitalized twice because of self-harm OCD lmao...hence the years of CBT (Cognitive and Behavioral Therapy, not cock and ball torture) and daily doses of Zoloft

You're my favorite person. There's absolutely nobody else I would rather spend my life with. I love you and everything about you. You're smart, talented, and you genuinely care about those around you. I'm so proud of you for how amazing you are despite what you've been through, and I am so, so excited to see where you go in life and what you'll accomplish. Seeing you happy is one of my favorite things. Having you up here was amazing, I can't wait to visit you this summer, and then move down there in the fall. -
it was a good thing ultimately. I'm in a better place now and I got the help I needed
