Crazy to think I relapsed more in the past month or whatever more than I had in two years... I still havent done it since the 22nd which means it has been just about 3 weeks now.
Even if I was to relapse again, I am not going to be so hard on myself about it. At least I have understanding now. And 3 weeks is huge for me. The less frequent it happens, the more progress is being made.
So far so good (: -
I relapsed the 22nd of February :c
It was like I was in a movie or something. And it wasnt like how it became afterwards, out of addictingness. It was out of anger at myself. Just pure anger. I had a bruise on my arm for a week. And then did it again the next week... and thats just the hitting part...
And was so confused as to why I did that with everything I know and just wasnt expecting that at all. I thought I was going to make it to the one year mark... but its okay. Maybe I will make it next year :) -
