Jayd smiled when he walked in. "I read your diary." He mumbled.

Chester sat next to him 'You did?'

"Yeah. Not too much of it, just a few pages. Is that alright?"

'Yeah, of course.'

Jayden smiled. "I'm sorry for upsetting you."

'Don't be. You can't control my feelings.'

"But I should've help..."

‘I get why you didn’t.’

Jayden shook his head.

Chedter looked down.

Jayd leaned into him slightly. "I want to trust you." He mumbled.

‘I want you to trust me too,’ Chester mumbled.

Jayden buried his face in Chester's shoulder.

Chester’s wing curled around him.

Jayd wasn't used to the feeling of the wings quite yet. He froze up.
