lightmuffin4 Newbieme & my gf r doin good but another girl said she had a crush on me. what do i say?
-
@Light 1. Are you a girl or guy?
2. Say what you feel. If you're happy with your girlfriend say, "I'm in a realationship now." She'll get over it soon. -

fire4me2hawk Newbie@dragonrider294 ya that would be easier but i act all heated(like i get all on fire like ima die from warmth well hard to explain when i talk to her...)i even feel rigt now its taking a lot of my effort to talk about my feeling(i dont like to open my feeling right in the open makes me feel vulnerable)but ill try that tomorrow......if i dont die from asking her friends :D this is harder typing in then done i act different around her so they can see something wrong but everyone in the school likes me and i dont go well in ugly or normal section more near the normal but not many girls like me by style more by how i make them laugh and be nice,etc and mainly i aint a nerd i get a's and b's but other ten that no so im good but ive never dated so this is my first crush.i hope thats enough info right..?well later see you tomorrow.
p.s. im russian :D -
fire4me2hawk Newbieand this is the first time i open my feelings to a girl.
-
fire4me2hawk Newbiealso the long one i forgot to put in males for the laughing part hope that clears things up a bit more.
-
@fire
haha thats a huge step for u then, opening up... that's soo cool that ur russian, dw im from Australia so im pretty sure u can be safe that i wont tell anyone :)
you're such a katniss, dont put a barrier up between yourself and others. the guy i liked did just that and made a bad rep for himself. now he's despised by many of his friends because no-one knows the real him. and it's better that a girl likes you for your intelligence and personality rather than your looks, because then you know that they're a keeper. if you base it just on physicality you find that there's very little emotion in the relationship anyway, it's all lust. (and im in the same boat as you. never dated or kissed anyone - that one's probs just me. im talking from my own experience with liking guys and my friends' experiences) -
fire4me2hawk Newbie@dragon thx i sat by her today it was ok but i was nervous :D more later k

Heh heh...hi! Um...so there's this guy, he goes to my school, but we have, like, NO classes together. He's an old family friend and REALLY nice to me. But we only see each other at school in the halls. When we do, I smile and he smiles back. I'm not sure how to tell him without making him feel awkward. I want to try flirting, but I'm not sure how...(sad right?) Please help!
Thanks!! :) -
@Sage
kk first off, as iv said earlier, dont flirt. dont drop hints. dont do cutsie little waves. DON"T. PLAY. GAMES. it is the biggest turnoff for guys to have a girl constantly vying for their attention in sneaky ways. my best advice is to just stop him in the hall one day and say hi... before you say anything, make sure that he's not just being friendly. then just walk with him somewhere, even if u have classes nearby each other, and tell him. do it outright, just say it then heave a sigh of relief. the biggest mistake we make is to conjure up extremes, that our love interests will either ask us out or will hate us forever. this isnt true, sometimes telling them has no effect. you also have an advantage with you and him being family friends. this usually means that you see each other a fair amount outside of school. if u guys are around the same age then u hanging out with him at these get togethers wont seem at all strange. u could even tell him there. and with this it also means that any awkwardness that may pring up between you guys will HAVE TO blow over, lest he should need to explain to everyone what has happened (if he's any decent he wouldnt want to put u through that sort of dilemma)... that's all iv got right now, sorry...
@Fire
im waiting for more info :D
on another note, my group of friends FINALLY got one of the guys in our group to ask out one of my best friends (in another group) and she said yes! so their anniversary shall be the 4/4... sooo cute for them :D i'm so excited to see how this pans out... and dw guys, iv already threatened him with the "hurt her and i'll hurt you" phrase :P -
Don't be sorry! Your advice is really helpful!! I'll try it and see what happens!
Thanks soo much!! I'll tell you the outcome!!
Until then, chao! -
@Sage
good for you... let me know
haha this feels so weird giving people all this advice when iv never had an actual boyfriend... my socially awkward bestfriend got a boyfriend before me and she has a phobia of balls (take that in any context you want she is seriously scared of them :/ )
have fun guys :) -

Ok. About the guy in my advice.
He's moving to Mexico. I finally got to talk to him! (Score!) We set up a date (I like to call it that!), and we're going to hang at his house and jam! He plays guitar and I play piano! I'm excited!! He gave me his number too!
Thanks so much for the advice! Even though he's moving, we'll keep in touch and share our songs!!
Thanks again!!
