  I consider it Japanese drama, as in can get a whole hell of alot mature then American Cartoons.

  How so? A cartoon is anything animation-wise, not just children's shows. South Park, King of the Hill, and Family Guy are all cartoons. Anime is just a style of cartoons that originated from Japan.

  Something can be a drama and a cartoon. Then it's a dramatic cartoon. Like Avatar (I think).
