A stone is 15-16 pounds.

Dude that is perfect. But the real way to tell isn't by weight I prefer to go off of how you feel. Do you feel healthy?
-
(When people ask questions without doing 10 seconds of research it makes me sad.[asking what a stone is])
-

Looster2 NewbieThis is not average for your age. You are around 1 foot taller than average of your age, which is obviously good. You are a lot heavier than reccomended (Sorry, you asked!) by about 1 stone. You should try going to a free-running/gymnasium, as these are very beneficial. Parkour will get your strength and endurance working better, and give you a lot more confidence. Also, it is good for climbing and races, as it helps both the legs, arms and hand-eye coordination. I am not a gym nerd, nor do I have bloody massive biceps, I'm the same age as you and I'm 5 stone.

But if they're 1 foot taller than for their age, shouldn't they also be heavier...? Plus, 11-year-olds do NOT need to be working out.
