Maeve smiled, holding her close. 'You're very welcome.'

Lavender was very glad that she didn't seem like she wanted to pull away. It made her feel better about the fact that she liked her.

Maeve smiled, tucking a curl behind Lavender's ear.

Lavender beamed, looking up at her.

Maeve blushed.

Lavender noticed. She smiled hopefully at the thought of it being because Maeve also liked her, but that thought quickly disappeared. She buried her face back in Maeve's shoulder.

Maeve stroked her hair, smiling and pulling her close.

Lavender let her, arms tight around her waist.

Maeve blushed bright red.

Lavender noticed, immediately getting nervous and letting go of her waist.

Maeve pulled her back close. -

Lavender blushed, looking up at her. She wrapped her arms back around her waist tentatively. "I-is this okay?" -
‘Of course,’ Maeve grinned.

"Okay." Lavender smiled back.

Maeve pulled her closer.
