“Yeah, I guess so,” Evan said with a shrug, nodding.

“So, that’s what I’m gonna do~” Connor said, smiling at Evan, even though he couldn’t see it.

Evan scoffed quietly, smiling a little and flushing red. “Shut up-“

Connor smiled happily, leaning against the bed. “God, you’re so cute~” He murmured softly

“Ewww, shut up-“ Evan flushed red, moving his hands to cover his face.

“But you are~” Connor said with a chuckle, moving onto his knees and standing. “Okay, my ass kinda hurts from sitting on the floor,” he added, humming softly as he sat down on the edge of Evan’s bed.

“The. sit on the bed or the desk chair, for God’s sake!” Evan said with a chuckle, scoffing quietly.

“Sit in the bed? Mm, y’know what, that’s a good idea,” Connor said with a smirk, flopping down on the bed and onto Evan.

Evan jumped, moving his hand up. “What the f---- you scared me!”

Connor laughed, rolling over to lay beside Evan. “Sorry, just makin’ myself comfy~” He teased, chuckling softly.

“You could’ve just asked, y’know-“ Evan said, getting slightly annoyed.

“Guess you’re right- Sorry,” Connor said a little awkwardly, exhaling softly.

“No- you’re fine, I’m sorry,” Evan said quietly, rubbing his eyes.

Connor glanced over, watching Evan for a moment. “Is there anything you want to do? Anywhere you wanna go?” He asked, running a hand through his hair.

Evan shrugged, sighing. “I mean- there’s an animal shelter down the road and I kinda wanna see some cats-“
