Connor knocked on the front door of Evan’s house, exhaling softly. -
Evan opened the door this time, only a crack. “Hello?”

“It’s me, Connor,” Connor spoke softly, watching Evan.

The door shut again quickly, being opened again soon after by Evan’s father. “Sorry about him- come on in.”

Connor chuckled softly and nodded, entering the house.

“Why does no one f---ing listen to me?” Evan yelled angrily from the kitchen. “I said I don’t want him here-“ “Evan, I talked to you last night, and I don’t wanna hear it,” Evan’s dad said, heading into the kitchen.

Connor walked into the kitchen quietly, his arms crossed over his chest.

“Ugh, you suck,” Evan muttered. “Evan-“ His dad started angrily, pressing his lips together and taking a deep breath. “Evan, be respectful to Connor. I’ll take the radio away if you keep acting like a child-“

Connor stifled a laugh, smirking a little.

Evan frowned deeply, furrowing his brows angrily. “I hate all of you-“ “Alright, I’m taking it-“ His dad said, turning and walking to the stairs.

“Shoulda listened to your dad and been nicer~“ Connor teased, chuckling softly.

Evan turned towards Connor’s voice, slamming his fist down on the counter. “f--- you! Was yesterday not good enough for you? Do you want to torture me more?”

“Sorry-“ Connor spoke, holding his hands up a little.

“Are you?? Because you don’t sound very sorry and you keep coming back and continuing to torture me-“ He cut himself off, his voice cracking.

“I am sorry, I promise-“ Connor spoke softly, rubbing his arms with his hands.
