Evan whined quietly, chuckling as he subconsciously gripped Connor’s shirt with one hand.

Connor chuckled quietly, holding Evan close as he rubbed his back and ran a hand through his hair.

Evan shuddered again from Connor’s touch, soon falling asleep.

Evan sucked in a breath, his eyes shooting open and hands clenching into fist. “Get away-“ he said in fear, punching Connor’s shoulder and shuffling away as fast as he could. -

Connor winced in pain and moved away a little, panicking. “Woah, hey- Hey, you’re okay, Ev,” he spoke gently, hesitantly grabbing one of his hands. “It was just a dream, you’re alright,” he added, rubbing the brunette’s hand with his thumb. -
Evan breathed heavily, the panic in his eyes subsiding as he realized it was Connor and remembering where he was. “f---, Im sorry-“

“No, hey, it’s okay-“ Connor said with a small smile, nodding as he moved a little closer. “Are you okay?”

“No,” Evan whined, moving forward to hide his face in Connor’s chest again.

“Aw, you poor thing,” Connor said softly, a sympathetic look on his face. He hugged Evan close, rubbing his back. “Do you need anything?” He asked quietly, leaning back against the wall.

“No, I’ll be fine,” Evan said, sighing softly. “f---, you scared me-“

“Sorry, I didn’t mean to,” Connor spoke softly, holding Evan closer.

“I know you didn’t- sorry, I didn’t mean it like that,” Evan muttered, sighing quietly.

“It’s okay, don’t worry,” Connor replied with a small smile, running a hand through Evan’s hair.

Evan took a deep breath, letting go of Connor and rolling onto his back.
