George’s breathing became erratic, flinching as Clay started undoing the bonds since he didn’t know who it was, but he stayed still nonetheless, scared that if he moved he would get hurt. The masked man got back in his van and drove away as fast as he could. Tears sprung to George’s eyes and he realized who it was, trying to squirm out of the bonds himself.
-
"Hey, baby, it's just me- stay still, s-so I can get these r-ropes off you," Clay said shakily, trying to get the bindings off George's wrists. He let out a shaky breath, tears rolling down his face as he freed his boyfriend's hands.
-
George let out a sob as he turned around, wrapping his arms around Clay. He gripped onto his shirt with shaky fists, clinging onto his boyfriend like his life depended on it.
-
Clay held onto George tight, a shaky sob escaping his lips. "I-I'm so sorry, baby-" was all he managed to get out, pressing their bodies together as he hugged his boyfriend close.
-
George only responded with another sob, his whole body starting to shake in Clay’s arms.
-
"I-I've got you, baby," Clay whispered through his own tears, hugging George closer to his own body. He let out another shaky sob, squeezing his eyes shut. "Y-You're safe, G-George, I've- I've got you-"
-
George took shaky breaths, burying his face in the nook of Clay’s neck, continuing to cry.
-
Clay held George close and rested his hand on the back of his boyfriend's head, threading his fingers through his dark curls. He rested his head against the brunette's, sobbing quietly.
-
“Don’t let me go-“ George managed out, gripping at Clay’s sides.
-
"I won't- I-I'm not gonna let y-you go," Clay spoke shakily, hugging George tighter. "I-I've got you, you're safe-" His voice cracked and he let out a shaky breath, burying his face in his boyfriend's hair.
-
George winced slightly, accidentally digging his nails into Clay’s sides.
-
Clay exhaled shakily, lifting his head. "s---, are- are you okay? H-He didn't hurt y-you, did he??" He asked, pulling back just a little to examine George.
-
“N- No-“ George said, fear in his eyes. There were obviously bruises all down his body, some cuts, and there was probably a bad cut on the top of his head but it was covered by his hair. He tightened his grip on Clay so he might not see.
-
Clay exhaled shakily, gently moving George back a little. "We- I w-want to get you checked o-out, I- f---, I can't b-believe I let this h-happen to you," he whispered, tears rolling down his face.
-
“I’m fine-“ George choked out, his breathing picking up as he had to let go of Clay since he moved him back.
