Casimir kissed their forehead, holding them close. ‘You’re safe, okay? I’ve got you.’

Georgie nodded and curled closer to Casimir, sighing softly as he buried his face in his chest.

Casimir held them close, kissing the top of their head. ‘What was your nightmare about?’

“I don’t remember too much of it, other than it had something to do with my dad,” Georgie mumbled, exhaling softly.

‘Okay,’ Casimir said softly, rubbing their back. ‘That’s okay. You’re safe, okay? It was just a dream.’

Georgie nodded and curled closer to Casimir, exhaling softly as he leaned into his touch.

Casimir kissed his forehead, holding him close.

Georgie relaxed in Casimir’s arms, humming softly. “Thank you for being here for me,” he mumbled quietly, a small smile in his face.

‘It’s the least I can do,’ Casimir said, holding them close.

Georgie sighed softly, curling closer to Casimir. “I love you,” he spoke quietly, smiling a little.

‘I love you too,’ Casimir said, rubbing his back.

Georgie hummed softly with content as he curled closer to Casimir, smiling a little more.

Casimir smiled gently, kissing their forehead. ‘I think your mother is back. Do you want to go talk to her?’

Georgie nodded a little, sitting up. “Yeah,” he murmured softly, rubbing his eyes.

Casimir kissed the side of their head, smiling gently.
