“Hell yeah~” Georgie said, smiling. “I can’t wait to go back home, though. Not excited to have to deal with Rupert and his incessant nagging, but that’s normal-“

Casimir laughed. ‘Fair enough.’ He hugged Georgie close. ‘Do you want to go back to the castle or to your house? I have a meeting in about an hour.’

“I want to go see my mom really quick, then we can go back to the castle,” Georgie replied, leaning into Casimir’s side.

‘Sounds good,’ Casimir said, beginning to walk in the direction of their house.

Georgie wrapped his arm around Casimir’s waist, resting his head on his fiancé’s shoulder.

Casimir smiled, kissing the top of their head. They got to Georgie’s house.

Georgie opened the door and walked in, seeing his mother in the kitchen reading as she cooked. “Hey, Mom-“ “Oh! Georgie, welcome back, honey~” She said with a smile, pausing her cooking setting down her book. She walked over to the tired-looking blonde, hugging them tightly. “How are you, hun?” “I’m good, Ma,” he spoke softly, smiling as he hugged his mother.

Casimir smiled and pulled away from Georgie. He had the two journals tucked under his arm.

“That’s good to hear,” Georgie’s mother spoke with a smile, hugging Georgie close before letting go. “The girls are upstairs if you want to see them, and I put Will down for his nap not too long ago-“ “Is Rupert home?” Georgie asked, crossing his arms. “No, he’s at work, I think,” his mother spoke, watching Georgie for a moment before glancing at Casimir. “How’re you doing, Casimir?” She asked with a warm smile.

‘I’m doing well, Ms Clark,’ Casimir said with a small smile. ‘And you?’

“I’m doing just fine,” Mrs. Clark replied with a warm smile, nodding. Georgie hummed softly, walking back to Casimir’s side. “I’m gonna go say hi to the girls- wanna join me?” He asked, rubbing his fiance’s arm with his hand.

‘Of course,’ Casimir said, kissing the side of Georgie’s head.

Georgie smiled and grabbed Casimir’s hand, leading him to his sister’s room. He knocked in the door, hearing it creak open after a few moments and being bombarded by his sisters.”Georgie, you’re home!” “I’m so glad you’re okay!”

Casimir chuckled, standing back slightly.

“Hey, girls~” Georgie said with a smile, hugging his sisters close. “How’re you doing?” Charlotte asked when the hug ended, watching her sibling. “I’m okay-“ “Woahh, your arm really is gone-“ Mia-Kate said, giggling softly as she stared at his arm. “Yep- Just like my leg,” Georgie said, giggling softly as they leaned into Casimir’s side.
