Casimir pulled away slightly and grabbed their hand, kissing the back of it. ‘I should go back to the castle now. The servants will let you in if you want to come by.’

Georgie nodded, gently squeezing Casimir’s hand. Mia-Kate let go and moved over to Charlotte’s bed, flopping down onto it. “I’ll come by in a bit, I need to have a talk with Rupert,” he said, furrowing his brows.

‘Alright,’ Casimir said, kissing their forehead. ‘See you later.’ He blew a kiss to them on his way out.

“See you, I love you~” Georgie said with a smile, pretending to catch the kiss. They watched him leave with a smile, humming softly. “Georgie and Cassie, sitting in a tree~” Charlotte sang, giggling. Georgie flushed red, rolling her eyes. “Hush, you-“

‘Love you too!’ Casimir called from down the hallway. He walked towards the door.

Georgie hummed as he entered the castle, walking through the garden. He hummed softly, admiring the flowers. Goodness, I really need to come back down and tend to the garden, she said, running her hand through her hair.

Casimir was in his new office, working. Classical music played in the background from his record player.

Georgie headed inside the castle, humming softly as he searched for Casimir. He asked one of the servants if they knew where he was and headed to his office, running a hand through his blonde hair. He found the office and stopped outside, knocking on the door.

‘Come in,’ Casimir called, rubbing his face with his hands.

Georgie gently pushed open the door and poked his head in, smiling. “Hey, hun~” He spoke quietly, walking over to Casimir.

Casimir’s face lit up and he stood up, wrapping his arms around Georgie. ‘Hey, darling,’ he said, kissing the top of their head.

Georgie smiled happily and hugged onto Casimir, kissing his fiancé’s lips with a smile. “How’s work coming along?”

‘Oh, it’s horrible,’ Casimir said, burying his face in the crook of Georgie’s neck.
