Damien set Bella on the bed next to Georgie and climbed up next to her. Bella giggled and played with Georgie's hair. 'Are you okay, Georgie?' Michael asked, head poking up.

“Yeah, I’m okay,” Georgie spoke softly, nodding.

Michael rested his chin on his hands. Damien sat next to Casimir. 'Are Indigo and Rose bad?'

“I’d certainly say so,” Georgie murmured, rolling his eyes. He winced softly in pain, his wrapped up arm starting to hurt again.

Casimir massaged their hand gently.
'They were mean,' Michael said. Damien nodded and crossed his legs. Bella babbled. -
“Yeah, they were- They were the ones who hurt me,” Georgie spoke softly, exhaling softly.

'They stabbed you, right?' Damien asked quietly.

Georgie nodded, exhaling softly. “indigo did, yes,” he spoke quietly, his arm aching. He winced softly, squeezing his eyes shut.

Casimir kissed their forehead.
Their mother walked into the room. She stayed quiet and handed Casimir a newspaper. It had been published that morning, the day after the coronation. Casimir took it and scanned over it. -
Georgie leaned into Casimir’s touch, disassociating as they stared down at their arm.

Michael braided Bella's hair. Casimir exhaled softly and handed the newspaper to Georgie. The front page was a picture of Casimir and Georgie from their time in the kingdom and a mugshot of Indigo and Rose. The Narva sisters had been arrested for attempted murder.

Georgie took the paper and read it over, rolling her eyes. “Those two should’ve been in jail ages ago,” he murmured, exhaling softly ss he handed Casimir the newspaper back.

'Definitely,' Casimir said, taking the paper back. He glanced at his mother, then looked away, not willing to talk to her.
'Son-'
'Not now,' he said coldly. -
Georgie glanced back over at Casimir, gently squeezing his hand with her own.

Casimir looked down at their hands. His mother sighed and left. Damien looked up at Casimir.
