Chris nodded and carefully helped Mason to his feet, rubbing his back and heading to the bathroom where he remembered where his friend had shown him it was at.

Mason leaned against him, groaning and rubbing his face.

Chris moved Mason over to the toilet and opened it, just in case he needed to throw up.

Mason leaned over the toilet and got on his knees, then almost immediately puked.

Chris cringed at the sound and looked away, rubbing Mason’s back as he threw up into the toilet bowl.

Mason groaned and rested his head against the toilet seat, sobering up a bit. ‘f---…’

“You okay?” Chris asked softly, looking back at Mason.

‘Yep,’ Mason mumbled, rubbing his face with his hands. ‘I’m sorry, I shouldn’t have texted you..’

“No, I’m glad you did- Who knows what you would’ve done if you kept drinking,” Chris said, furrowing his brows. “Plus, you’re my- you’re my friend, and I wanna take care of you and be here for you through this.”

Mason wiped his eyes and stood up, washing his hands. ‘I should’ve called someone else, but I didn’t know who else to go to.’

“Well, I’m glad you chose to call me,” Chris spoke, smiling a little. “You feeling better?”

‘A little,’ Mason mumbled, burying his face in Chris’s shirt.

Chris hugged Mason close, rubbing his back. “You’re okay, I’ve got you,” he spoke softly, leaning against the wall.

Mason leaned against him, wrapping his arms around his torso.

Chris hummed softly, holding Mason close. “I’m here if you need to talk, okay?” He said softly, rubbing his back.
