“Uh, really f---in’ blind, so don’t take my glasses,” Jared said with a chuckle, leaning backwards a little.

“Can I try them on?” Liam asked, his hand freezing a few inches away from grabbing them.

Jared paused for a moment before sighing, nodding with a quiet laugh. “Yeah, go ahead,” he said, taking the glasses off and placing them on Liam’s face. He blushed, admiring his boyfriend with a smile. “s---, you look pretty cute in glasses, Bug~”

“Thank you,” Liam said with a smile, running a hand through his hair. “Do my eyes look really big? Like a spider?”

“Pfft- Honestly, a little~” Jared said, laughing softly. “But a pretty handsome spider, honestly~”

Liam laughed, carefully taking off the glasses again. “You’re too nice~” -

“Hey, I’m just tellin’ the truth~” Jared said with a chuckle, taking the glasses back and putting them back on. He leaned forward and hugged onto Liam, flopping down on him. -
“Oof-“ Liam said with a giggle as they fell back into the shallow water. “Are you trying to drown me??”

“Noo, of course not~” Jared said, chuckling as he kissed Liam’s cheek.

“Oh, my gosh, in slobber, too!” Liam exclaimed, giggling.

“Hey! I’m not slobbering all over you!” Jared exclaimed, laughing as he moved in his spot on top of Liam. “I’m not a f---in’ dog, dude-“ He paused, blushing when he realized how close he had gotten to his boyfriend.

Liam laughed, going silent for a moment when Jared did, flushing red as he realized how close they were. “Uh- d- do you wanna go out deeper?”

“Uh, s-sure, yeah,” Jared said quietly, staying on top of Liam for a moment before moving off him. f---, that definitely looked like we were gonna kiss- But, I don’t wanna make him uncomfortable- He stood up and held a hand out to Liam, helping him to his feet.
