“Hey, don’t shoot my man!” Jared said, laughing as he splashed Jeremy. “Sorry, I was aiming for Michael~” Jeremy said, giggling softly. “Why’re you tryna shoot me?!” “Because!” “That doesn’t make any sense!” -
“It totally does make sense, though,” Liam said with a giggle, moving over to Jared’s side.

“No, it doesn’t!!” Michael exclaimed before squealing, a spray of water shooting him in the stomach. “f---, stop it!” “Make me~” Jeremy said, smirking playfully as he ran towards Michael and kept shooting him. “HELP ME!!!” Michael screamed, running away from Jeremy. “Sorry, can’t help you, Mikey~” Jared teased, chuckling softly.

“Yeah, you’re on your own, I think,” Liam said with a chuckle, watching the two. A lifeguard blew her whistle, yelling at Michael for screaming for help when he wasn’t in any actually danger.

“Ooh, you’re in trouble~” Jared teased, laughing. He held Liam close, kissing his cheek. “Stop shooting meeee!” Michael exclaimed before tripping in the shallow water, falling. He winced in pain when he fell on his ass, laughing. Jeremy gasped a little and rushed over to his side, helping his friend up. “Are you okay?” “Yeah, I’m fine,” Michael replied, rubbing his lower back with a chuckle. “You sure?” Jeremy asked, a hint of worry in his voice. “Pfft- Those two sure don’t seem like ‘just friends’, am I right?” Jared asked, chuckling softly.

“That’s what I was saying!” Liam whisper-shouted, looking over at Jared. “And the whole- ‘what did I say about name-calling’ thing was so-“ He paused. “Y’know what, I’m not gonna say that-“

“Pfft- You’re so right, Bug~” Jared said, laughing as he watched Jeremy go back to shooting Michael with water. He held Liam close, kissing his cheek with a smile.

Liam laughed as he watched the two. “We need to interrogate him tonight-“

“Oh, definitely,” Jared said with a chuckle, leaning into Liam’s side.

“Okay. we should do something,” Liam said with a chuckle. “I’m kinda bored.”

“We could go make sandcastles or something- I dunno if we have any buckets, though,” Jared said, glancing over at the shore.

“Let’s go look?” Liam suggested, starting to move out of the water.

“Yeah- Maybe Evan knows where any buckets are,” Jared said, grabbing Liam’s hand and heading to the shore. -

“Soo, Michael,” Liam said, pulling his shirt off and crouching down to find his pj’s. “You don’t have to answer this, obviously- but, seriously, what’s going on with you and Jeremy??” -
“What’d you mean?” Michael asked, furrowing his brows as he turned to face Liam. “Yeah, you two seem close~” Jared said with a smirk, chuckling softly as he pulled on a pair of pj pants.
