“Aw, true,” Evan said, smiling softly. “Yeah, it’s a good idea, I was just messing around.”

Connor chuckled, nodding. “God, now I just wanna move into the back and cuddle for a bit,” he jokingly whined, chuckling softly.

“I’m down,” Evan said with a small grin, chuckling quietly.

Connor smiled happily, quickly moving to the backseats. “I don’t know how much time we have though, if we wanna get some sleep-“

“Oh shut up, we’ll be fine,” Evan said with a giggle, opening the door and slowly and carefully moving out of the car and into the backseats. He slid in, shutting the door behind him.

Connor chuckled softly and gently pulled Evan closer, hugging him close and laying down. He hummed softly and kissed the side of his head, rubbing his back.

Evan smiled softly, wrapping his arms around Connor and exhaling quietly. “I love you,” he said softly.

“I love you, too~” Connor said with a smile, continuing to rub his back.

Evan hummed quietly, gripping Connor’s shirt a little and yawning.

Connor smiled, pressing a kiss on the side of Evan’s head. He kept rubbing his back, humming softly.

“Well, I guess I’ll see you tomorrow- If I’m not fired for coming to see you,” Connor said with a nervous chuckle, running a hand through his hair. -
“Hun, you’re gonna be fine~” Evan said softly squeezing Connor’s hand reassuringly.

“Sorry, just worried,” Connor said with a nervous chuckle, exhaling softy.

“I get it, but you’ll be fine,” Evan said softly. “Trust your kids, okay? They obviously like you.”
