“I know, I know,” Evan said softly. “Don’t worry about it right now, okay? Make that a orobalem for future Connor-“

Connor sighed, nodding. “Right, yeah,” he said with a quiet chuckle, looking over at Evan.

“Which one was that? Have to talked about him before?” Evan asked, twining their fingers together.

“MJ, and not much, weirdly enough-“ Connor said, chuckling as he gently squeezed Evan’s hand. “Good kid, always rough-housing with Elliot, the one who hurt his knee yesterday.”

“Ohh, gotcha,” Evan said with a nod. “And how’s his knee doing?”

“Well, he woke up in a lot of pain this morning, so we had to take him to the medic cabin, but he’s doing better,” Connor replied, running his free hand through his hair. “The nurse just put some ice on it and told him to be careful.”

“Ah yes, the infamous ice pack,” Evan said with a chuckle as he pulled into the parking lot.

“Speaking of, were you in a lot of pain this morning~?” Evan said with a giggle, glancing to him as he parked the car. -
“Mm, yeah, wonder why~” Connor said with a chuckle, leaning over and pressing a kiss on Evan’s cheek.

Evan giggled, unbuckling and turning to face Connor. “Did the kids suspect anything?”

Connor chuckled awkwardly, unbuckling and turning to face Evan. “Well uh, let’s just say I’m not as good at hiding a limp as I thought-“ He said with an awkward smile, rubbing the back of his neck.

Evan burst into laughter, leaning forward a bit and pulling Connor’s hand up to kiss the back of it. “Oh my God, I love you-“

“I mean, it’s not like I deliberately told them! They just kinda figured out we were f---ing,” Connor said with a laugh, leaning against the seat. He admired Evan for a moment, smiling. “And I love you, too~”

Evan giggled quietly, squeezing Connor’s seat. “You’re literally the cutest thing ever~” he said with a bright smirk, leaning and pressing a kiss onto his boyfriends cheek.
