Theo nodded. He wanted to pull her aside and ask about what happened before Max came over. If she still liked him, if she was going to get with Max after this to either make him mad or figure it out, the works. He also didn't want to make her uncomfortable by bringing it up, though.

Hazel gave a small smile. Max checked it watch. ‘s---, I gotta go, cya!’ he said, hurrying towards the door and waving. He also wanted to talk to Hazel, but he had to go because of curfew. Hazel chuckled and waved.

"Bye Max!" Theo chuckled, before turning to Hazel. He was so close to asking about it, but he slammed his mouth shut once he realized it.

Hazel looked up at him, staying quiet for a moment. ‘Um, I guess I’ll go now,’ she said.

Theo nodded before pausing. "Hazel?"

Hazel glanced back at him. ‘Yeah?’

"So, you remember the... The uh, the talk? Before Max showed up?"

Hazel blushed lightly. ‘Yeah.’

"I-well I-I guess I was just wonder if you felt... Y'know..."

‘O-Oh,’ Hazel said, averting her gaze she she wouldn’t blush more. ‘U-Um, I never really, y’know, got over you,’ she said quietly.

Theo's hopes rose slightly. Great. He wasn't COMPLETELY crazy. "O-ok." He said, rubbing the back of his neck awkwardly.

Hazel played with a piece of her hair. ‘U-Um, and I don’t think I’m gonna go out with Cohen. Just, er, putting that out there,’ she said flusteredly, cheeks burning.

Theo nodded in understanding. "Ok." He tried not to notice just how hard Hazel was blushing, figuring he was doing the same thing.

‘Yeah, um, I’m gonna go home now,’ Hazel said flusteredly, turning around.

Theo nodded. "Y-yeah ok."
