BOO I AM HERE
The first thread so I don’t lose it lol: -
Ok sounds good
I can't find the original idea for the part 2 in your library thread lol. I'm pretty sure I remember the jist (they've broken up, Hazel's family goes on a trip to France, Theo is there, but he has a new girlfriend now as a rebound, they fall in love again, right?)
Sooo do we just want to start? -
(Yeah that’s pretty much it lol!)
We can’t start now if you want. I’ll write the starting paragraph now -
(ok lets go! Go ahead whenever you're ready :D)
-
Hazel and her family stepped off the plane and went down to the reception. Lilla, now a year older, was complaining about how cold it was in December, since it was usually boiling in Australia. Hazel was carrying Ally, trying to keep calm after 2 hours of sleep. Thank god the cousins weren’t here, and it was only her and her siblings, as well as her father and stepmother. Who thought it was a good idea to come to France during the holidays?
-
Theo was waiting for his girlfriend to come from the airport. She was half an hour late, but he figured there was probably a mix-up at baggage claim. At least the airport had free Wi-Fi.
-
Hazel and her family walked over to the baggage claim. Ally was crying now, and Hazel sat down on one of the chairs in the lobby, trying to calm her down while her family collected their bags.
-
Theo got a text from his girlfriend, Layla, saying she'd be there in 10 more minutes. He rolled the window down since his car was getting hot. The heater made the car way too stuffy.
-
Hazel groaned when Ally wouldn’t stop crying. ‘Ally, c’mon, people are giving us weird looks,’ she huffed, shooting her dad a text and walking outside to try and calm Ally down. It was even colder outside, and she held Ally close. ‘Shh, stop crying, it’s okay.’
-
Theo could hear a kid crying, and couldn't help but look at the source of the noise. He did a double take before pulling his headphones out of his ears and opening the car door, stepping out. Yup, that was her alright. It was one thing for one doppelganger, but the fact that he could recognize that the little girl looked like Ally made him more confident in his guess. "Hazel?" He asked cautiously, not wanting to embarrass himself if he was wrong.
-
Hazel frowned, initially thinking it was her dad or some kid from school, but did a double take when she saw Theo. She just stared at him for a moment. ‘Holy s---,’ she mumbled. ‘Th-Theo?’
-
"Oh. My. God." Theo nodded, running up to her. "What're you doing here? And you didn't text me?" He had a light hearted tone to his voice. He didn't really blame her for not texting him. They hadn't spoken in a while. Long distance hadn't exactly worked out.
-
Hazel smiled, face lighting up. ‘Sorry, I guess I didn’t think of that,’ she said with a grin, gently rubbing Ally’s back. ‘We’re here for the holidays. What are you doing here? I didn’t think you’d be spending your day at the airport,’ she said with a short chuckle.
-
Theo shrugged. "I'm picking up my girlfriend, she's just running late."
