In the night, Jackie took Hazel's phone. She was in the bathroom getting ready for bed, and he was tired of being left in the dark over what's going on. -
Hazel was brushing her teeth. She didn’t hear anything. Jackie knew Hazel’s passcode bc authorcore and opened her texts, looking through them.

Jackie raised his eyebrows as he read them.

Hazel walked back into the bedroom. ‘What are you doing with my phone?’ she asked, frowning.

"Nothing." Jackie said quickly.

Hazel frowned and snatched her phone back. ‘Were you looking through my texts?!’

"I-well maybe! You're being so secretive about everything! I hate being left in the dark! I want to know what's going on!"

‘It’s private!’ Hazel snapped, setting her phone on the bedside table. ‘I can’t believe you, you’re old enough to know that’s not okay!’

Jackie didn't say anything for a bit. "I'm sorry." He mumbled. Well if I had asked, would you have told me? Doubt it.

Hazel glared and turned away, making sure he hadn’t looked through anything else.
