Hazel watched him leave and rested her head back on Theo’s chest.

Theo blushed, holding her tightly. "Hazel?" He asked quietly, half hoping she didn't hear.

Hazel looked up at him. ‘Yeah?’

"What... What exactly are we?" He asked, very nervous now.

Hazel blushed lightly. ‘I… I don’t really know. What do you want to be?’

Together, Theo thought immediately. "I-I don't want to pressure you into anything though. What do you want?"

‘You won’t be pressuring me into anything,’ Hazel said. ‘I-I want to be with you. Like, more than friends. Bu-But if that’s super weird, especially since we broke up, and you broke up with your girlfriend, like, yesterday, it’s okay.’

Theo smiled. "I-I want to be with you too, I just... Don't want it to feel rushed, if that makes any sense? Like, I don't want it to seem like I'm just using you as a rebound or something."

Hazel blushed, resting the side of her head on his chest. ‘I get that. Would you be, though?’

"No! No, no no, of course not!"

Hazel looked up at him. ‘Then I don’t mind.’

"Okay." Theo smiled. "Maybe we should just... I don't know, ease into it? So long as you're comfortable with it..."

Hazel nodded. ‘Of course.’

"Great, then that's settled." Theo smiled.

Hazel smiled. She paused for a moment before leaning up and kissing his nose.
