Hazel glanced over at Jackie and blushed. She pulled back slightly, but still holding onto Theo. ‘H-Hey.’

"Hey." Jackie smirked. "How's your aloooone time going?"

Hazel rolled her eyes.

"I'll take that as 'great! Now leave us alone!' which I won't, but thanks for the offer."

‘Go away.’

"No."

‘Why?’

"Because it's fun seeing you embarrassed."

Hazel rolled her eyes. She pulled away from Theo for a moment and reached into her pocket, then handed him a five dollar note.

"What's this for?"

‘Bribery. Go get a cupcake from the cafe or something.’

Jackie glared. "Fine."

Hazel ruffled his hair. ‘Meet us back here when you’re done.’

"I will. Bye." Jackie grabbed the money and left.
