"Than how the hell are we gonna put ornaments on with the branches all smushed down?" Karl asked, giggling.

Nick looked at the tree and thought for a moment. “I dunno. We’ll figure it out,” he said with a chuckle.

Karl rolled his eyes, giggling softly. "Alright, can you hand me the next part to put on?" He asked, standing up.

“Yep,” Nick said, already having it ready and handing it to Karl.

"Thank you, love~" Karl replied with a smile, taking the piece and attaching it to the tree.

“You’re welcome,” Nick said with a bright smile, looking for the last piece.

Karl hummed as he secured the piece to the tree, beginning to fix the branches on the tree and fluff them out. "Okay, last part you may need to do, it's getting a bit too tall for me," he spoke, looking over at Nick.

“Do you want me to lift you up there?” Nick asked with a chuckle, grabbing the last piece. “Could be fun.”

"Oh my God, yes~" Karl replied with a laugh, taking the last piece from Nick. "Just don't f---ing drop me, okay?" He added, playfully glaring at his boyfriend.

“I won’t, I won’t,” Nick said with a laugh, crouching down and wrapping his arms around Karl’s hips. He stood up again, hosting his boyfriend in the air and closer to the top of the tree.

Karl giggled and leaned forwards a bit, bracing himself against Nick as he put on the top part of the tree. He quickly secured it and fixed the branches, smiling proudly. "Okay, I think it's done~"

“Oh, it’s beautiful!” Nick said with a chuckle, sliding Karl down and pressing a kiss on his forehead. “Oh my God, look, the trees here too,” he said with a laugh.

Karl laughed and hugged Nick close, pressing a kiss on his lips. "Mm, you're the beautiful one, baby~"

“Oh, please,” Nick said with a giggle, kissing Karl back and pulling him close.

Karl giggled and pressed his body against Nick's, moving one hand to run through Nick's hair. He pulled back for a moment, smiling. "Your hair's growing out a decent bit," he said, playing with his hair for a moment.
