“Yes please!” Nick said with a giggle, smiling brightly. “What did I do to deserve you~”

"You saved my life," Karl said with a chuckle, kissing Nick's cheek. He quickly ordered the ice cream, pocketing his phone and hugging onto Nick. "I love you so much, baby~"

“Aw, I love you too,” Nick said softly, a lovesick grin on his face. “You were very worth saving, hun. I hope you know this~”

Karl smiled, hugging Nick close. "I've- I've definitely started to realize that now~" He spoke with a grin, kissing his boyfriend on the lips. "You wanna cuddle till the ice cream gets here?"

“Hell yeah,” Nick said with a smile, wrapping an arm around Karl’s waist and starting to walk. “Bed or couch?”

"Mm, couch- Wait, no, bed- I wanna be comfy~" Karl said, giggling softly as they walked towards their bedroom.

“Okay, let’s go,” Nick said with a smile, skipping over to their bedroom and leaping up onto it.

Karl giggled, following Nick. He walked over to the bed and flopped down onto it, moving to curl up beside his boyfriend. He hugged onto him and tangled their legs together, resting his head on his chest.

Nick smiled, wrapping his arms around Karl and holding him close. “God, this is so nice- it’s so cold outside.”

"Mm, I quite like the cold," Karl replied, pressing his body against Nick's. "I went on a walk while you were at class- Which, deadass, was the best decision I've made all day. Did'ya know walking actually makes you feel good? Like, mentally??" He joked, giggling. "But seriously, it was very nice and peaceful~"

Nick laughed. “Karl, have you never, like, just gone on a walk to clear your head?”

"I mean, I've tried, but my mind just- spirals," Karl said, sighing. "I could never calm my thoughts enough for it to really work or anything."

“That’s fair,” Nick nodded. “Was the walk good, though?”

"Very nice, yeah~" Karl replied with a smile, nodding. "Oh my God, there was this sweet girl who was walking her dog- Holy s---- Actually, the cutest f---ing dog I've ever seen~" He said, giggling. "Ugh, I want a dog so BAD-"

Nick chuckled, nodding. “I know. I actually prefer cats, honestly. But dogs are cute too- what kind of dog was it?”
