Havyn shook Elliot’s hand. “He is, isn’t he?” She had a teasing smile.
-
Elliot sighed, rubbing his temples. "And now there's two of you. Hooray," he mumbled, leaning back in his chair and going back to his script. "Aw, don't be like that, pookie~" "Call me 'pookie' one more time, and I'll really lose it."
(i gtg, gn!) -
(Bye!)
Havyn chuckled. “Sooorry.” She said unapologetically. -
"Why do I bother," Elliot muttered, turning his head to hide a small smile that appeared on his face. Maybe she's really not as bad as I make her out to be, he thought for a moment, zoning out and staring at his folded hands in his lap. Eloise tells me I need to stop catastrophizing everything, so maybe- Maybe I should give her a chance.
-
Havyn noticed the smile before he hid it, and perked up. Eloise was right- he really did have it in him to be nice.
-
"Alright students! Today since we have auditions, it's mostly gonna be a free day," the teacher said, moving around to be in front of their desk. "I'm gonna start pulling you and you can go through the audition." Eloise smiled, tapping their foot on the floor. "Ooh, I'm so excited- and nervous, but mostly excited," they said with a chuckle, smiling. "You'll do just fine, trust me," Elliot said with a low chuckle, looking over at his friend.
-
“You’ll do great!” Havyn assured them with a thumbs up.
-
"Thanks! You'll do amazing, too!" Eloise said with a warm smile as the teacher started calling out names of students to go audition. They looked over at Elliot, gesturing for him to say something. He looked over, raising an eyebrow at his friend. He paused and glanced over at Havyn, nodding slowly. "Right, yeah, uhm. You'll do fine." "Wow, so reassuring, Eli," Eloise teased, rolling their eyes. "f--- off, doofus," he remarked with a low chuckle, shaking his head.
-
Havyn chuckled. “You’ll do good too. If I don’t ruin your audition, that is….” She had an obvious teasing tone in her voice.
-
"I hope not, or else we're gonna have a problem," Elliot joked, a small smile appearing on his face. "Ugh, I wanna quote Heathers SO BAD right now," Eloise said, groaning. "My Lord, you're such a theatre kid," Elliot teased his friend, making them giggle. "You know it~"
-
“One time I got in trouble for singing Meant to be Yours, and I mumbled the line about school being Vietnam in the middle of writing an essay.” Havyn said with a chuckle.
-
Eloise bursted into giggles, covering their mouth with their hands. "I once yelled the "f--- me gently with a chainsaw' line in the middle of lunch, and I got yelled at by my teacher and the vice principal," they said through their giggles. Elliot sighed, shaking his head. "I remember that- I told you not to, but of course, you didn't listen."
-
Havyn laughed hard. “Oh my god!” She giggled.
-
"They almost got kicked out when them and their other friends were screaming 'Sincerely Me' in the halls, when they were supposed to be in class," Elliot added, shooting a glare at Eloise, who smiled innocently. "Don't give me that f---ing face." Eloise shrugged, giggling at Elliot.
-
Havyn chuckled. “Oh my gosh, you dork.” She told Eloise. They nodded.
“I’m well aware.”
