"I should have known, since you wanted to watch that one creepy movie last time," he giggled, continuing to trace shapes on Nick's back. "I like romcoms the best," Karl replied, looking back at the TV. "It's the best of both worlds, funny and romantic~"

“I can see that,” Nick said with a chuckle, moving a hand to play with Karl’s hair.

Karl giggled and blushed, nuzzling his face into Nick's chest. "I can't help that I'm a romantic~" He spoke with a smile, humming softly as he turned his gaze back to the movie.

Nick giggled, holding Karl close. “Suree, okay.”

Karl yawned as he woke up, realizing he had fallen asleep. Movies always made him tired. He sat up a little to find he couldn't move too much, remembering he was cuddling Nick, who was also sound asleep. He giggled softly and leaned close, pressing a gentle kiss on his boyfriend's cheek. -
“Hi, sleepyhead,” Nick mumbled, chuckling quietly. “Good nap?”

"Mhm~" Karl hummed in response, curling close to Nick and resting his head on his boyfriend's chest. He hummed softly as he hugged his waist, yawning. "I kinda wanna go back to sleep, though~"

“I don’t mind if you want to,” Nick said with a chuckle, rubbing Karl’s back.

Karl smiled and yawned, going to curl back up in Nick's arms before pausing. "I need to go check on the pups, I wanna make sure they got inside," he said, rubbing his eyes and sitting up. He moved off his boyfriend and stood, pressing a kiss on his forehead. "Keep my spot warm~"

“Will do,” Nick said with a chuckle, watching as Karl walked away.

Karl hummed as he walked over to the back door, seeing the pups still outside, Milo running around with a stick and Pepper lying on the grass, half asleep. He giggled and called the pups inside, locking the doggy door when they came in. He grabbed their bowls and filled them with food and water before walking back into the living room, sitting back down on the couch and clinging to Nick. He straddled his waist and hugged his neck, smiling and pressing a kiss on his cheek.

“Hi,” Nick said with a chuckle, wrapping his arms around Karl. “Is it cold out there?”

"It's a bit chilly," Karl replied with a small grin, curling up against Nick and nuzzling his face in his neck. "I'm sure you can warm me up, though~"

Nick chuckled, pressing a kiss onto the side of Karl’s head. “You big baby.”

"You know you love it~" Karl teased, bringing a hand up to Nick's head as he played with his hair. He lifted his head up and pressed a kiss on his jaw, humming softly as he ran a hand through his boyfriend's hair.
