Karl giggled, squeezing his hand. "It's okay~ Maybe let's eat some and maybe what you wanted to say will come back?" -
(yeah it’s so bad 😭)
“Sure,” Nick said with a chuckle, nodding. He let go of Karl’s hands, grabbing his wrap and taking a bite. -

Karl smiled and watched Nick for a moment before picking up his grilled cheese, taking a bite. "Mmm, so good," he mumbled, smiling happily. "Not exactly like how my mom makes it, but still good~" -

Nick chuckled a little bit as much as could as he ate. Once he swallowed, he looked at Karl and nodded. “The chefs here are pretty good. I’m friends with one of them. I think.” -
"Aw, that's fun~" Karl said with a smile, giggling as he took another bite. "Do you get free food often or something? If so, luuuucky." He chuckled, picking up his water and taking a sip.

“I don’t know if we’re actually friends- Like he’ll just wave at me somtimes,” Nick shrugged. “I don’t know if I wanna try out getting free food- I’d feel like such a jerk if I asked for it.”

"Ah, that's fair," Karl nodded, watching Nick with a small smile. "I'd probably be too nervous to ask, anyways." He giggled, taking another bite of his grilled cheese.

Nick nodded, speaking before taking another bite of his wrap. “Yeah, me too.”

Karl hummed happily as he picked up his water, taking another sip. "So, since this is technically our 'first date', would you say you'd maybe wanna go on another one?" Karl asked, slowly and hopefully, watching Nick with a nervous smile.

Nick chuckled quietly, blushing lightly. “I would love to,” He said with a smile, looking at Karl.

Karl giggled, a lovesick smile appearing on his face. "So, does this mean that, we're dating? We're boyfriends now??"
(so, we gonna make this the toxic relationship or do we wanna wait til later? just wanted to clarify u^u) -
(uhhh im gonna try and figure out how to make it toxic, so maybe later? so it can draw out longer?)
Nick giggled, nodding. “I guess it does.” -

Karl smiled happily, reaching over to grab Nick's hand. "Maybe this time will be my, or our, happy ending~" He spoke, giggling softly. -

“I’m sure it will be,” Nick said with a chuckle, smiling and squeezing Karl’s hand.
