Nick jumped, whipping his head around and letting out a breath once he realized it was Karl. “Holy s---, you scared me,” the ravenette said, placing whatever he was looking at down and putting a hand over Karl’s. -

i just heard him say smth like "yea, she does theatre n stuff" and it was a jumpscare xD)
Karl giggled, leaning into Nick's back. "Sorry, I just wanted to hold you~" He paused, loosening his grip a bit. "I- I can let go if you're not comfortable." -

“Nah, you’re good,” Nick said with a chuckle. “So, what do you wanna do?” -

Karl smiled and gently tightened his grip, resting his head on Nick's shoulder again. "Not sure. We could, watch a movie and cuddle or something?" -
“That sounds fabulous,” Nick said with a smile, starting to waddle over to the couch he saw, holding Karl’s hands where they were.

Karl giggled as he followed Nick to the couch, sitting down and grabbing the remote. "What do you wanna watch?" He asked, looking over at his boyfriend.

“Um,” Nick shrugged. “Maybe like, a stupid hallmark movie? We could make fun of it. Or we could watch another scary movie and I could save you~” He giggled, playfully grabbing at Karl’s sides.

Karl laughed and leaned into Nick's arms, glaring at him playfully. "Maybe let's stick to the hallmark movie. Bit too soon for another horror movie, at least for me," he added, giggling as he curled up in his boyfriend's arms.

“Sounds good to me,” Nick said with a chuckle, holding Karl close. “You like physical touch, huh?”

"Yeah~" Karl replied with a short nod, resting his head on Nick's chest. "It makes me feel close to the people I love, you know?"

Nick nodded. “That makes sense. Do you want me to put the movie on?”

Karl nodded and passed the controller to Nick, fidgeting with the hem of his boyfriend's shirt. "You can put on whatever, I don't mind~" He said, glancing up at the ravenette with a smile.

“Okay,” Nick said with a nod, smiling at Karl before looking at the TV. After searching for a moment, he chose a random Hallmark movie and put it on.

Karl hummed softly, tracing shapes on Nick's back with his finger. "What's your favorite type of movie?" He asked in a quiet voice, glancing up at his boyfriend.
