imsoclueless SeniorKarl nodded and flashed a smile at the director, opening up his script. He flipped to the first scene, reading through it for a moment. "Okay, you've got the first line, Nick," he said with a small smile, looking over at the ravenette.

Nick nodded, finding his line before looking back at Karl. He pretended to hold something out, taking a step towards Karl. “Vote Casey Jenkins for class president?”

Karl glanced down at his script for a moment before speaking. "Like I'd vote for the guy running against my best friend," he spoke, crossing his arms. "Also, fliers? Really? Not even going to put in the effort to make buttons??" -
Nick shrugged in return. “Even if I did, my campaign is flourishing. And- oh, how’s Karen’s going?” He said, putting an obviously fake smile on.

Karl paused, looking down at the script. "Wait, who's Karen??" He asked, giggling. He looked back at the list of characters, scanning for the name. -
“Your best friend,” Nick said with a chuckle. “She’s running for office. Did you not study the script?”

imsoclueless Senior"OH- Guess I forgot~" Karl giggled awkwardly, his face turning red as he flipped back to the scene. "Sorry, sorry~ Let me try again-" He cleared his throat and read the script, going back to reciting his lines. "She seems to be doing better than you, at least in the polls," he spoke, smirking and crossing his arms over his chest. "What're you at, like, a good 40% behind her??"
(i just had an idea- their characters they play are secretly dating but pretend to be enemies in public-

Nick rolled his eyes, also crossing his arms. “Yeah, and I bet you guys rigged those, too, right? Same as last year?” -
imsoclueless Senior"Come on, I would never stoop that low- Again," Karl said with a chuckle, taking a step closer to Nick. "I mean, I wouldn't want to be too harsh on my boyfriend, now would I~?" He lowered his voice to a whisper as if to hide his words, bringing a hand up to boop the ravenette's nose.

A small smile slipped onto Nicks lips before he quickly hid it, frowning and taking a step back. “Well- okay, I-“ Nick glanced at his script. “f--- you,” He whispered, pointing an accusing finger at Karl before turning and stomping off.
“Good!” The director gave a few claps from the front row in the audience seats. “Good first run, guys. Did it feel good, natural?” -
imsoclueless SeniorKarl giggled, nodding. "Yeah, it felt good~" He replied with a smile. "I seriously love this story, it's an all time favorite of mine."

Nick nodded, walking back to center stage. “Yeah, it was pretty good.”
“Well, good, we’re glad to have you both here,” Kathy said, smiling. “So, please, study your scripts we’re gonna start showing the choreo for dances this week.” -
imsoclueless SeniorKarl nodded, glancing over at Nick. "Do you wanna run through the scene a bit more? Or work on a different scene?"

“We can run through this scene a couple more times,” Nick said with a shrug, looking at Karl.
