Jayd glared at him. “Go f--- yourself, since nobody else will.” He said before leaving. He figured Astrid didn’t have any dirt on him-other than just plain embarrassing stuff- so he might as well stick up for his boyfriend.

Chester’s jaw dropped. He stared at Jayden as the door closed.

Jayden looked at Chester. “Sorry, was that too much?” He mumbled.

Chester smiled and nuzzled into him. ‘No. You’re amazing.’

Jayden beamed. “Thanks love. So are you.”

Chester shook his head. ‘I love you.’

Jayd kissed the top of his head. “I love you too.”

Chester smiled, nuzzling into him.

Jayden wrapped his arms around him, walking to his room.

Chester kissed the back of his hand, walking next to him.

Jayd sat on his bed, smiling.

Chester sat next to him, leaning into him. He took off his shoes and cuddled his legs to his chest. ‘Do.. Do you think Astrid will give it back?’

Jayden wrapped his arms around his boyfriend. “He has to. Or else he’s got me to deal with.” He didn’t add how scary his brother could be when it was just the two of them. He was supposed to make Chester feel better, not worse.

Chester nuzzled into him. ‘But what will he do to you? What has he done to you?’

Jayd didn’t answer, holding Chester. “Nothing of any importance to this conversation.” He said after a moment.
