Jayd sat down on his usual seat. Maeve was sitting across from him.

Chester hesitantly sat next to him, unsure if Jayden would want him close.

(I gtg for class, will probably back during because I get bored easily)

Jayden moved slightly further away from him, but not too far.
(Gonna go for a bit, I’ll be back soon though!) -
(Lol back but all good)

Chester's face fell. He looked down at his hands. -
“Sorry.” Jayd mumbled.

Chester shook his head. 'It's fine.' Maeve looked at Jayden.

Jayden still moved slightly closer, but not much. He looked up at Maeve and forced a small smile.

Maeve watched him and mouthed, 'Did you tell him?' Chester was too focused on swinging his watch back and forth and not hitting himself to notice.

Jayden gave a small nod.

Maeve glanced at Chester, then back at Jayden. 'Are you still...' she mouthed.

Jayd shrugged. “We’re taking a break.” He mouthed back.

Maeve nodded slowly.

Jayden looked down at the floor. Patton brought out some breakfast for all of them. “Thanks.” Jayd mumbled.
