Jayd blushed, heart fluttering- and his mind panicking, but that was besides the point.

‘Is this OK?’ Chester murmured.

"Y-yeah." Jayden mumbled.

Chester nodded. ‘Good.’

Jayd gave a small nod.

Chester smiled. He continued eating.

Jayden did as well.

‘Love you.’

"Love you too." Jayd said quietly.

Chester smiled. He wanted to kiss him, but he didn’t want to scare Jayden any more than he probably already had.

Jayden looked up at him. "Anything else you want to talk about?"

Chester thought for a moment. 'Are you scared of me?' he said quietly.

Jayd winced. "A little." He said, quieter than a whisper.

'On a scale of one to ten, ten being dead-terrified?'

Jayden thought for a bit. "3 or 4." He admit.
