Beatrice’s eyes welled with fake tears. ‘You don’t,’ she said, sniffing.

"Well, it's sort of your word against his, y'know." And why would anybody lie in their own diary. Jayd gave a fake smile.

‘I get it. It must be hard when your partner is cheating on someone with you,’ Beatrice said, sighing.

Jayden nodded. "Yeah, I suppose so. Uh, anyways-" He tried to walk away.

Beatrice followed. ‘What’s he like when you’re with him?’ she pressed.

"Nice?" Jayd said, not a fan of her asking. "He's a good boyfriend."

‘Right,’ Beatrice said. ‘Well, I’d best get going now,’ she said with a sigh, then walked away.

"Bye." Jayden said before exhaling a sigh of relief once she left.

Beatrice smirked once she turned a corner.

Jayd wandered a bit more. At one point Maeve teleported by him. "Whatcha doing?" Maeve asked curiously.
"Trying to get away from Beatrice." Jayd answered, not bothering to go into details. -
Maeve groaned. ‘Ugh, she’s back?’

Jayden nodded, wrinkling his nose in disgust. "Yup, here to bug us all."

‘Mainly just you. Expect to get seriously bugged.’

"Oh joy." Jayd said unenthusiastically. "Fun."

‘Yep,’ Maeve said. ‘Better you than me, though. Cya later!’ She disappeared.
