Maeve huffed. ‘Just… stuff about Lavender’s school.’
‘She wagged her lessons and freaked kids out at my school with her teleporting,’ Lavender said.
‘Lavender!’ -
"What? It's true!" Lavender said defensively, holding her hands up as if to prove her innocence.
Jayden chuckled. "At least she's sneaking off to another school..." -
‘Didn’t I tell you to stop wagging?’ Chester asked, though he was chuckling.

"Maybe..." Maeve mumbled, looking down. She looked a bit embarrassed that she got caught.

'I heard nothing. But I am going to have to be a responsible adult if you keep doing it, y'know.'

"Fine." Maeve grumbled, leaning into Lavender. "You weren't supposed to tell him."

'Sorry,' Lavender giggled, wrapping an arm around her.

Jayden chuckled, finishing his food. -
Chester finished as well. 'What do you want to do?'

Jayden thought for a bit. "Go to the beach?"

Chester looked at Maeve and Lavender.

Lavender shrugged. "Sounds good to me." She looked at Maeve.

Maeve grinned. 'Yes yes, I've been waiting for this for forever!'
Chester shrugged. 'Sounds good to me. -
Lavender grinned, finishing her food quickly and leaning into her girlfriend.
