Cohen nodded. "That's what happens when your dad's best friends with the counselors. They give you perks."

‘Wait, really?’

"I dunno." Cohen shrugged. "But he is best friends with the counselors, so...."

‘Damn,’ Hazel huffed.

Cohen laughed. "Also probably because I turned in my course request early, unlike some people."

‘Oh, shush. I had a hard time deciding!’

"Yeah yeah, my point still stands." Cohen laughed.

Hazel mumbled something about stupid boys.

"Hey!" Theo laughed. Cohen walked to his class, waving as he left.

Hazel waved back. ‘It’s true, though!’

"No it's not!" Theo said as he waved.

‘Pfft,’ Hazel scoffed. She looked back at him, but differently to how she normally would. She looked a little nervous.

Theo noticed. "What?" He asked. He stopped waving.
