Hazel snuggled against him, relaxing.

Theo didn't move other than to try and help her feel more comfortable.

Hazel eventually fell back to sleep.

Theo watched her as she did before closing his eyes.

Hazel snored lightly.

Theo heard, and smiled softly.

Hazel shifted closer to him in her sleep.

Theo let her. He took deep inhales and exhales to relax himself, trying not to stress about the airport and leaving.

Hazel smiled softly in her sleep, nuzzling into him. Her dad opened the door quietly.

Theo didn't notice, but he got a gut feeling that something was wrong, making him feel uneasy. He brushed it off to last-day jitters.

Hazel’s father sighed softly. ‘Theo,’ he hissed, trying to get his attention.

Theo's eyes shot open and darted to where he heard the voice, which was where her dad was standing. "Mister Jasper." He whispered, ready to apologize immediately but his mouth was dry almost immediately after he managed to whisper.

Hazel’s dad sighed. ‘Come here,’ he whispered, leaning against the doorway.

Theo gulped, glancing at Hazel before slowly pulling away, trying not to wake her up.

Hazel squirmed slightly but didn’t wake. Hazel’s father stepped out of the room.
