Callum didn't want Eli's mum to start screaming again, but he let her go in first.

The first thing she noticed about the house was the cats everywhere. She almost tripped over a small grey one when she walked in. Eli closed the door behind them.

Callum picked up the grey cat, whose name was Miffy.

Miffy purred. "Hi Callum." She said happily.
"You weren't kidding about the talking cats." Eli's mom said in shock. -
Callum rubbed Miffy behind the ears and nodded.

Miffy purred more, snuggling into Callum.

Callum chuckled and held Miffy in his arms. 'Where to, boss?' he asked, looking at Eli.

Eli shrugged. "I dunno, it's your house."

Callum shrugged, looking at Eli's mum.

Eli's mom just shrugged. "I just can't believe this place exists." She mumbled in awe.

Callum shrugged and walked into the kitchen.

Eli and their mom followed him to the kitchen.

'Chips, anyone?' Callum asked, opening the pantry.

"Yes please!" Eli said happily. Their mom shook her head.

Callum threw a packet of chicken chips at Eli.
