"Alright" Amira responded feeling a bit embarrassed because she'd felt nervous. She fiddles with her fingers looking down and continued to walk up the path.

Kai tried not to look nervous as he walked up to the ivy covered hut, and tried to push the door open, only for it to fall to the floor.

Amira jumped at the loud bang, tears springing to her eyes. It reminded her of Syria when the criminals came in early in the morning and late at night. She wiped away her tears furiously biting her lip to stop herself crying.

Kai looked over at Amira, noticing how she was trying to stop crying.
“Hey, it’s alright.” He said, trying to sound calm and soothing. “We can go back if you want.” -
Amira shook her head though was comforted by his words. "Sorry, just reminds me of Syria when we were in hiding" she stated finally looking at Kai.

Kai nodded thoughtfully. “I get it.” He said softly, walking just a tiny bit forward.

Amira smiled softly feeling slightly embarrassed by what had just happened. She took a few steps forward as well thinking it was best to stick together.

Kai wished he brought his flashlight as he kept walking next to Amira, looking around the ivy covered hut.

"Hey, you alright?" She asked sensing anxiety in the air. She knew it was childish but even she felt a bit nervous about entering the mysterious hut.

Kai nodded, trying to calm his nerves. It wasn’t that he was scared more just tense, and maybe just a tiny bit on edge. -

Amira squeezed his hand comfortingly. "It's fine" she gave a small smile trying to reassure him though it probably didn't work. She feebly took a few steps forwards. They were now only a few feet away from the hut. -
Kai took a deep breath, and walked into the hut, picking at a couple of the ivy leaves.

Amira followed Kai's footsteps until she reached the door. Her fingers touched the door and she ripped of a piece of ivy then glanced at Kai.
