(Sorry I've been really busy and not really having a lot of motivation, i'll try to keep up with it)
"everyone's been feverish, coughing, weak, and really pale. they look like they could use some sun, but, we can't go out there..." Oberon says. -
(That's OK, if you don't have enough motivation we can pause if you want)
'Weird,' she muttered, sitting down. She turned back to the garden, giving a soft smile to the giant, bright-coloured flowers. -

"Yea. We're thinking it might be A vitamin d deficiency or something." Oberon says quietly.

After he said that, an idea popped into Akari's head. She glanced at him then shook the idea away, it would be too dangerous.
It was obviously a hard topic for him, so she quickly changed the subject. 'What do you wanna do now?' she asked. -
"Hm... Wanna go to the bakery and get some cookies?" He suggests, A small twinkle returning to his eyes as he mentions his favorite treat.

'Cookies?' Akari questioned, her face lighting up with curiosity. 'Elves have cookies? And bakeries?'

"Yes ma'am, cookies. They're probably not like the ones you humans have, but their amazing nonetheless." Oberon says, standing and holding out a hand for Akari. "come on."

Akari smiled. 'Alright, then,' she said, taking his hand and letting him pull her up.

He leads her through the crowds of elves, towards the middle of the small cave town. following the sweet scent in the air, they arrive at the small bakery, where he purchases some cookies, giving one to Akari, watching her reaction intently.

Akari took a small bite of her cookie, and her face immediately lit up. 'Holy cow,' she exclaimed. She then inspected her cookie closely. 'What are elves doing that humans aren't?' she muttered, breaking it in half as if there was something in the centre that was making the cookie delicious.

"honestly, no one knows why these cookies are so good. it's a secret family recipe only the baker knows." Oberon shrugged, taking a bite of his own cookie.

'Is everything here better than the stuff humans have?' Akari asked, breaking off a piece of cookie and popping it into her mouth.
