"I don't know!" Ruby whisper-shouted, panic now written on her face.

[Cinna, hold me back or I'm gonna kill Brycen.]
"..." Max frowned. -
(oh crepe *holds you back*)
"What should we do?" -
[Oh hell naw.]
"I have no clue." Max and Zack said at the same time. -
Stress, stress, too much stress... it was messing with Ruby's head. Her being captured and then taken to the mafia, then being tortured, then seeing someone attempt suicide, then her feelings... Ruby groaned and faceplanted onto the bed.

[Damn.]
"Are you okay?" Zack asked. -
"Not sure anymore," Ruby responded, sitting up and rubbing her face. "Sorry."

"I'll figure something out." He responded as he patted her back.

Ruby nodded. "Ok. Good luck," she added softly.

The sound of the door sliding open startled Zack so he almost feel over.
Standing at the door was a group of guards, "Zack, you father..You father he is dead."
Zack sat there in surprise, no tears watered his face.
"The healer's believe he had a heart attack, a minor one but strong enough to kill him."
Zack seem to have just realized that he would have his older sister in charge.
"My older sister...is she..is she the new leader?" He asked with a look of terror on his face.
The guard nodded, "Yes, yes she is." -
Ruby's expression was contorted with terror and she didn't know what to do. She sat there, still and in shock, and then turned to Zack. "What's... what's y-your sister like?"

"A b----." The guard swallowed at his response.
"Oh am I?" A voice asked from behind the guards and a tall skinny girl appeared wearing camo and a huge blade. -
Ruby stiffened at the sight of Zack's sister. What am I supposed to do? She thought frantically. She decided to do nothing, just in case she did or said anything wrong.

"Yes you are, Taylor." Zack said as he tried to get off the bed to face her.
"Your weak Zack, so I see why you would hate me." Taylor said with a smirk. "You have always been the soft hearted one while i am the tough one." -
Ruby tried to make Zack stay back down on the bed. He still needed to heal- she knew he was still in pain
