They just sat there for awhile in almost complete silence

Theta slowly started dozing off, idly wondering about when the last time he felt this safe was

Soon enough Rosanne had a sleeping Theta in her arms. She slowly rocked back and forth as she hummed a lullaby under her breath.

Theta purred silently in her arms, one bonh hand holding onto her shirt.

Rosanne couldn't move. Not that she wanted to.

Theta eventually woke back up, yawning silently and blinking sleepily up at her

Rosanne had been drifting off to sleep, but she woke back up when she realized Theta was awake.

Theta rubbed his head against her arm in a similar manner to a cat, cooing again

Rosanne stroked his cheek (or where his cheek is supposed to be lol) and looked down at him.

Theta purred again, clearly much happier then when she had initially found him

"I wish I had found you sooner," she said.

Theta tilted his head at her, a little confused but also understanding

She looked at the clock. "I have to make supper," she said.
