He hesitated "would ruin it" he grunted out, wincing when one of his wing nubs twitched

"It would be better than hurting yourself," Jessie said flatly. "We should probably get out of here before anyone comes looking."
They flapped their wings, looking upset. "Do you think I can still fly in these?" -
The broken angel shrugged a little "don know. Why are you asking me?" He asked in confusion, idly fiddling with the improvised bandages

"I wanted a different perspective," Jessie said, running their hand down one of their wings. "It's probably safer to travel on foot. Can you walk very far?"

He shuddered at the idea of leaving, hunching over as he shook his heaf

"Would you like me to carry you?" Jessie said, confused.

He quickly shook his head again

"Maybe we can walk just a little before people start looking for us," Jessie said, a tad nervous.

He hesitated before eventually nodding, idly grabbing at his collar

For a second I thought Artery wasn't me and I was like "Hol' up"))
Jessie used their wings as a sort of shield to protect Error as the wind began to blow. "Do you know of any towns nearby?" they shouted over the wind. -

Error shook his head "no. Not allowed outside usually" he said, flinching a little when she shouted -
Jessie could hardly hear Error over the wind drowning their voices out. They gave a nod to show that they understood and trekked on. Lights glimmered faintly in the distance.

Error shivered as he walked with them, hitting the feeling of wrongness that had settled in his chest the further they got from his masters home
