Spes finished cutting the rope and tossed it down. She nodded approvingly to Orwin and smiled. "Lift up any dangling ropes so no one can latch onto them. If you find a Pirate trying to make their way up, blow the man down." Spes ordered her crew. She then walked over to Silva and told her to take over one of the oars. "When you three are done that, we'll need Gale to get down to the kitchen and make sure he has everything he needs down there, Orwin climb up to your look out post, and Mason will need to man the other Oar." Spes called to them as she stood at the steering wheel.

Gale blasted off another pirate with his lightning and Mason and he pulled up the dangling ropes. They then looked at each other at Spes order. Mason said "Captain, I think your mixed up. I'm the cook, not Gale. He can't even make a grilled cheese."
-
(Whoops, sorry, my bad. Is it okay if the names are put in the correct places?)
-
Orwin nodded approvingly. "No problem, Captain!"
He climbed up to his lookout, an ocean breeze whipping his hair about and filling up their sails. The ocean was filled with mystery and adventure, and who knows what could lie ahead? -
(Alright, then disregard most of my previous post.)
Mason and Gale said "We're on it." and they both went their separate ways. Mason headed straight to the kitchen and was horrified. This place was a mess. Wasted food strewn all about, fresh fish left to decay, and some horrible smell in the air. Mason said "Who last had this ship, cavemen? This place needs to be cleaned." He then grabbed a mop and got to cleaning. -
(Bump)

With the help of her crew, Spes pulled the ship away from the docks and from the other Pirates. The island drifted out of view as they sailed into the sea.
(I’m thinking of doing a time skip, but the Council probably wouldn’t be searching for the Pirate Crew yet. So do you guys want to just do a time skip this time without shifting views, or just role play the Council casually hang out to get in character?) -
(I say we switch to the Council hanging out. Get to know them as characters.)
-
(Alrighty, I’ll start that either later today or tomorrow)
-
(Yeah, I'd like to see the life of the Council when they're not busy with chasing down people :D)

(Council!)

Meanwhile, in the council’s castle, Emperor Regina was preparing drinks for her friends in the living room. Usually she had servants do this, but today she allowed her servants some time off. It wasn’t their business to know the personal lives of her or her friends.
Regina was quite satisfied with where her life was right now. She had everything she wanted, everything but those pesky Nymphs that lived in hiding, most likely plotting to free magic from the Council’s control. Of course, there had not been news yet of any attempts, so for now there was not much she could do. Most days at work were spent trying to find the Nymphs or run the nations, usually both. Tonight, however, was simply a night to be casual, something Regina didn’t have much practice with, but was willing to try.
Regina returned to the others with the drinks, handing a soda, cocktail, etc to her friends. “So, how have you all been? Outside of work, that is?” She asked, deciding this would be a good place to start. -
King Onua took a sip from his c---tail and said "Very good, my friend. In fact, it's been exciting as I have a special announcement to make. But I will save that until later. I'm sure everyone else has better news." He then said under his breath "Doubtful."
-
“I see. Very well then, if you wish to be the finale of this show and tell, so be it. How about the rest of you?” Regina replied with a polite smile, resting her hands on crossed legs as she studied her friends carefully.

Anahita swirled her drink around, having added some mysterious murky substance into it. She had a stony expression on her face, but that was nothing unusual these days. "I've been..," she took a sip of her drink and sighed. "Unwell. My oceans are being polluted by the land folks at an alarming rate and the fishing trade is growing and spreading. If this continues, I can no longer grant safe passage to water travelers."
