Turner's heart softened. Yes, he did still love Callyn. He just didn't want to show it to her.

A few minutes later there was a scream.
Callyn's scream.
She had been hit by a farm truck. -
(Tat, I told you to keep you eyes on the road and not on the rp's! >:()
(Poor Callyn. She literally just got out of the hospital. :()
Turner gasped and ran outside. His face paled at the sight.
The only thing that could describe that scene was blood.
Blood and a body.
Not a dead body. But a body.
Tears streamed down Turners face as he rushed to Callyn's side. He put her head in his lap. A teardrop fell onto Callyns beautiful face.
Carlos's words kept ringing through Turners head.
"Take care of her, she cares about you a lot." -
A man with bushy brown hair in overalls rushed out of the truck. "Oh my goodness I'm so sorry the light was green but I wasn't paying attention and didn't see her still crossing I'll call 9-1-1," he said in a definite run-on sentence.

Turner put Callyn's head on the ground and stalked over the the man.
"Do you know who I am..?" Turner growled. -
The man was on the phone with the police at the moment so he held up a finger to signal him to be quiet for a moment. When he finished with the police he put his phone back in his pocket.
"No, sir, I don't. I'm sorry about what happened to your girl, but frankly her wellbeing is more important than who you are." -
"Lets just say that if anything happens to her, I will make sure you suffer for it." Turner snapped, heading back to Callyn.

A few minutes later, an ambulance and a police officer arrived. "What happened?" the officer asked as they loaded Callyn into the ambulance.
"It was my fault," the man said. "The light was green but I didn't see her still crossing the road." He looked towards the ambulance. "I hope she'll be okay." -
"How in the world do you not see a LIVING BEING cross the road?! I can understand not seeing an anime, BUT A HUMAN?!!???!??” Turner exclaimed, throwing his hands in the air.

"Sir, what do you have to do with this situation?" the officer asked Turner.

"I'm the woman's friend," Turner replied.

"Well then you can get into the back of the ambulance with her," the officer said.

If Turner was a girl, he would've squealed in excitement. He didn't because he wanted to appear manly and tough.
But he felt like squealing. -
(Oh Turner XD)
Soon enough they were off to the hospital. The man that had hit Callyn said that he would pay for all the expenses. -
(XD)
(Don't worry, he squealed once nobody was around. uwu)
Turner had said that he would sue the man if he didn't.
He wanted to make the man feel more ashamed than he already felt.
Turner stayed by Callyns side the whole time the ambulance was driving. He gripped Callyns hand, whispering in her ear that he was sorry for not ensuring that she would be safe.
